The team at Oakbrew SWISS is led by Darach McQuaid. Darach has more than three decades of experience in delivering major cycling events and partnerships across the top races, teams and brands principally involved in the global sport of cycling, but also rugby and Formula 1.
At Oakbrew SWISS, Darach has put together a team of multidisciplinary experts, all with a passion for cycling and a mission to make cycling happen at scale, everywhere.
Paul McQuaid (IRL)
A former champion cyclist, the bicycle has played a central role in Paul’s career. Beginning with opening and managing a chain of family bike shops in Dublin, to launching a successful luxury bike holiday company, then developing Dublin’s first major bike rental agency to currently managing a major bicycle advocacy project involving Ukranian refugees and state prisoners, the bike really matters to Paul.

Patrick has been a Creative and Strategic Advisor in sport for almost 20 years. He comes from a brand and digital marketing background having worked with brands like Paddy Power, Nike and Apple early in his career. He is currently a Co-Founder of sports creative agency, Branding Sport, consumer marketing agency, Nudge, and sport and sustainability consultancy, Impact 3 Zero.
Stephen Gallagher (Aus)
Stephen is a former professional cyclist who competed at the highest level around the world. Following his racing career he launched Dig Deep Coaching, a global leader in athlete performance, working with some of the world’s leading cyclists. Stephen is a project manager with Zwift, working on delivering major events for this global brand. Stephen is also currently Head of Performance for the Canyon SRAM Womens UCI WorldTour team.
Graham Little (UK)
Graham Little is a writer, broadcaster and television producer who has worked in various media roles for over 20 years. He is a twice-published author and adventurer best known for his work as a presenter on Sky Sports, Eurosport, BBC and ITV. As a producer, Graham has worked on everything from feature documentaries to live sport. In 2014 he helped produce the live coverage of the Giro d’Italia when it visited Northern Ireland, and he was the Executive Producer and anchor presenter of ITV’s magazine series ‘The Cycle Show’.
